otsid tl seadusest vastavad §-d,vaatad millised on etteteatamise ajad ja olenevalt põhjusest ka selle kas peab maksma kompensatsiooni.teed 2 eks( üks sulle teine talle)
mul viimati selline teade:

Mina julgen arvata ,et peaks olema ka koondamise põhjus,näit. kas töömahu vähenemine või midagi muud. Peab olema teada tööstaas , et teaks mitu kuud enne töölepingu lõpetamist koondamisest teatada.

maiele- kooskõlas §107 sellepärast,et tl lõpetamine pikaajalise töövõimetuse tõttu.
ja lõpetamine siis vastavalt § 86 p9

mina ei leidnud sellist märkust kusagilt,et pikaajalise töövõimetuse tõttu, jutt on ju hoopis KOONDAMISEST,sellepärast mul tekkiski küsimus.
