Meil noor algaja firma ja küsimus tekkis järgmine: kui töötaja tuleb tööle sõlmitakse tähtajaline tööleping, kas siis tööandja peab talle ikka tööraamatu ka muretsema kui tal seda varem polnud? Seadus küll ütleb, et PÕHIKOHAGA töötajatele nagu peaks aga kui tähtajaline leping....Ja kus neid tellitakse?

Tööraamatut tuleb täita KÕIGIL töölepingu alusel töötavatel inimestel. Tellitakse tööhõiveametist.

See PÕHIKOHAGA eksisteerib veel sellest ajast kui oli olemas ka kohakaaslus.
