Ei erine selline tööleping vormiliselt täistööajaga lepingust. Kohta kus on vaja fikseerida tööaeg kirjutad, kuidas tegelikult on. Näiteks Tööaeg 20 tundi nädalas
või 10.oo kuni 14.00.

Aga yks probleem veel-kui töötaja FIE,siis mida see endaga kaasa tööb

Ei saa küsimuse mõttest aru.
Kui on FIE, siis võib teenust teha fie-na, esitab arve ja maksab oma maksud ise.
Kui võtta tööle töölepinguga, siis see, et ta fie ka on ja kellelegi fiena teenust osutab ei puutu sinusse kui tööandjasse.
