Kuidas vormistada töölepingu lõpetamine dekreedi asendajaga? Saan aru, et tööleping on kehtiv kuni põhitöötaja tööle tulekuni. Kuna aga dekreedi asendaja võib igal ajal tööle tagasi tulla, siis kas on olemas mingi etteteatamise aeg?

kui lepingus kirjas, kuni põhitöötaja tööletuleku ni, siis pole midagi etteteatada.
