Olen ühes ettevõttes praktika aeg tööl 12 päeva. Kas see ettevõtte peaks mulle tööraamatusse ka kanede selle kohta tegema? (Mul ei ole veel tööraaamtut)

Tööraamatusse tehakse kanne kui töötaja töötab töölepingu alusel.

Üldiselt praktikantidel ei ole tööraamatut vaja sest nendel läheb tööstaasi arvestusse kooliaeg tunnistuse või diplomi alusel.
