olen hetkel haiguslehel.ja tahaksin teada kui nüüd tööle lähen ja avalduse teen et tahan töölt lahkuda,kas siis makstakse haigusraha ikka välja?

Jah muidugi haigekassa maksab haigusehüvitise välja. Miks sinu arvaes ei peaks maksma?

Töölepingu lõpetamise soovist pead etteteatama üks kuu, tööandjaga kokkuleppele jõudes võib muidugi töölepingu ka varem lõpetada.

Haigusraha maksab välja haigekassa-seda ei maksa tööandja. Tööandja peab haiguslehe haigekassasse saatma.
