Mis teha kui mõistust on vajaka,ilmselt tuleb targematelt abi paluda. Kes aitaks lahti mõtestada Soome puhkuseaasta mõiste.
Kirjas on: Puhkuseaasta - puhkuseperioodile eelnev, aastapikkune aeg 1.4 - 31.3.Puhkuseõigus arvestatakse selle aja järgi.
Meil arv. tööaasta järgi vähemalt seda ma tean.
Nüüd kui näit.töötaja läks tööle sept.2006 puhkust on saanud 2007.a.12.pv.kätte,mis edasi.

Soomes tuleb keskmiselt 2 puhkusepäeva kuus oldud töö eest ja kui sul tuleb täis suvepuhkus, saad järgmine aasta ka talvepuhkust (hiihtoloma) 6 päeva. Põhimõtteliselt et saada talve puhkust peaks olema 2 aastat olnud tööl.
