noore ema (praegu lapsehoolduspuhkusel) töökoht kaob ära ilmselt juba enne lapse 3-aastaseks saamist. talle muud sobivat (ka kvalifikatsiooni silmas pidades) pakkuda ei ole. kuidas lõpeb TL- siiski koondamine?-töökoht kaob ja ühtegi kohta juurde vaatamata töökorralduse muutumisele juurde ei tule.
