Riigieelarve vahenditest puhkusehüvititis was created by k
Tere!
Töötaja soovib võtta 3 lapsepäeva lisaks korralisele puhkusele. Nende 3 päeva eest saab ta siis 3*66=198.-. See summa tuleb eks riigilt tagasi küsida, kuid kas see on selline hüvitis, millelt tööandja makse ei maksa(lihtsalt nö puhas raha)? Või kuidas sellega toimida?

Kui pole kindel oma vastuses siis pole mõtet küsijale kahtlusi ka külvata, vt. TuMS§13(1).
