Ei ole kohustatud maksma praktika eest. Võib maksma, aga ei pea.

Vaata töölepingu sõlmimiseks peab ikka kahe poole tahe olema. Töötaja võib ju tahta aga kui tööandja (praktika võimaldaja) ikka ei soovi töölepingut sõlmida, isegi mitte poole koormise kohta, siis ei ole midagi nõuda.
