Kas keegi oskab öelda, kui töötaja B on tööle võetud haiguslehel töötaja A asendajaks kas siis töölepingu lõpetamise paragraaf nr on 77 töötajale B.

Jah kui töölepingus oli nimeliselt A asendamiseks ja A tuli tööle.

Mida sa küsid? Mina ei tea mis oli ainult eeldan, et sõlmiti tööleping äraoleva töötaja asendamiseks kui jah siis §77 on lõpetamise alus.
