tööaasta arvestamine was created by maia
Töötaja oli lapsehoolduspuhkusel, tema tööaasta oli ennem 12.04.07/11.04.08, lapsehoolduspuhkusel oli 16.07.08 kuni 30.09.08. Teen ma õigesti kui võtan tema tööaastaks nüüd 01.10.08/30.09.09? Et puhkust saab ta nüüd selle tööaasta eest (pluss mõned päevad mis tal ennem LHP jäi saamata). Või kuidas on õigesti?

Lugesin Sirje antud artiklit aga ei saanud aru, et kuidas saadi seal liitmistulemuseks:
31 07 03 + 10 09 02 = 11 05 06 mina sain liitmistulemuseks hoopis 41 16 05?
Ja samuti ei saa ma tulemuseks sama:
20 12 05 + 21 04 = 11 05 06 vaid 20 33 09 Mismoodi seal küll arvutatakse, soovin ka teada saladust!
