Kuidas lõpetada leping? Kas ta peab kirjutama avalduse et läheb pensionile, mis alusel lõpetatakse leping, milline kanne tehakse tööraamatusse?

TL lõpetatakse kas töötaja soovil §79 või poolte kokkuleppel §76.
