Soovin teada et kas nyyd ei pea töölepingutes kirjas olema tööandja kohustusi.Kuna vahetasin töökohta pole minu lepingus tööandja kohustusi yldse`?

TL peavad olema vähemalt kohustuslikud punktid vt. TLS§26, poolte kohustused on sama seaduse alates §48 kirjas neid ei pea dubleerima.
