Töölepingu tingimuste muutmine ,p.59 was created by Laine
Tere,
Tööandja soovib p.59,1 ( töölep.muudatuste tegemine) alusel vähendada töölepingus tööaja kestust ( palgaks jääks min.palk) Kas sellise muudatuse võib teha vaid poolte kokkuleppel või tuleb samuti küsida nõusolek tööinspektsioonilt?

TL tingimusi saab muuta poolte kokkuleppel (v.a. mõned erandid) ja ilma TI nõusolekuta.

Millised on erandid? Ja kas ikka tohib vähendada tööaega, näiteks 40 tunni asemel nädalas 24 tundi.lepingu järgi palk on 4530.- ja selle saaks tööline.

Tõid välja §59 miks sa seda siis ei lugenud, sealt saad teda erandid?
