Kui mull saab detsembri lõppus täis 11 töökuud mille jooksul ma pole saanud puhkust,kas siis jaanuar on automaatselt puhkuse kuu.Ja kas sellisel juhul peab ka kirjutama pukuse avalduse.Eelnevalt pole tööandjaga puhkuse aega kokku leppitud.Aitäh.

automaatselt ei toimu midagi.kui tahad puhkust kirjutad puhkuseavalduse 2 nädalat varem.jaanuaris tuleb asutusel teha puhkuste ajakava terveks aastaks
