Ülemus tahab puhkusele saata aga ise detsembriis ei tahaks minna.On mul õigus keelduda?Kas ülemusel on üldse õigus nii saata?

Kui see puhkus puhkuste ajakavaga paigas siis sa keelduda ei saa.

No siis otseselt saata ei saa aga miks keeldud? Võib-olla oleks mõistlik tööandjale vastu tulla, sest rasked ajad paljudel ja puhkusele saatmise sooviga püüab ta ehk oma olukorrale parimat lahendust leida.

Põhjuseks see et detsembris halb endale kõrvalt töö leida.Jaanuaris minnes oleks mul võimalus lisa töö vaadata, et ise ka toime tulla.Aga mine ja otsi endale detsembris midagi.

Puhkuse eest makstakse normaalsetes firmades puhkuseraha. Kui "mustalt" töötad siis pole keelduda võimalik.
