Tundide arvestus was created by Eva
Töötan graafiku alusel,ning olin haiguslehel 2 nädalat.Kui tööle läksin selgus,et mul jääb töötunde puudu kuna olin haige.Kuidas siis arvestatakse seda haiguslehe aega ?

Selle kuu normtunde tuleb korrigeerida lahutades kuu normtundidest töötunnid, mis langesid haiguse ajale. Ei ole nii, et 2 nädalat haige aga kuunormi pead ikkagi täis töötama.

Kui tegid korrigeeritud normist rohkem siis võib nii öelda küll, et ületunnid aga tegelikult selguvad ületunnid ikka arvestus perioodi lõpus.
