Tahan minna kooli õppima,aga minu tööpäevad on E-R,kas tööandja peab võimaldama mulle õppepuhkust ,kuigi minu õppimine ei puuduta üldse minu tööd,ehk siis õpin omast vabast tahtest mõnda eriala?
