Oleneb mis aja eest puhkus sul kasutamata on?
Puhkused aeguvad nii:
Enne 30.06.09 väljateenitud puhkused aeguvad 01.07.2013.
30.06.09-31.12.09 eest aegub 01.01.2011.
01.01.10-31.12.10 eest aegub 01.01.2012.

Oihh 30.06.09 asemel peab olema 01.07.09

2010 a puhkus ei aegu ju 2012, vaid 31.12.2011.
Kalendriaastapõhine arvestus on alates 01.07.2009 ning sellest tulenevalt kehtib pmst üks puhkus 2 a. Ehk et selle aasta puhkus kehtib 2011 lõpuni. Edasi 2011 puhkus kehtib 2012 lõpuni jne.

2010 aasta puhkus aegub 01.01.2012, 31.12.2011 on töötajal veel õigus puhkust kasutada.
