Töölepingu seadus www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/13198475
§ 67. Õppepuhkus
(1) Töötajal on õigus saada õppepuhkust täiskasvanute koolituse seaduses ettenähtud tingimustel ja korras.
(2) Töötajal on õigus saada tasustamata puhkust sisseastumiseksamite tegemiseks.

(1) Töötajale ja avalikule teenistujale antakse koolituses osalemiseks õppepuhkust.

Vastus Jaanikale õige seda ma ei torgi.

Aga tekkis teemaväline küsimus: Kas vastaja punktike on endine . ?
Siis teaks kas tõesti on inimesed vaimuvaesed endale nime valides või valis . lihtsalt omale tähtedega nime?
