tutvusin avaldusega ja lisaks omalt pooolt märkusena, et võtke siiski ka tls ette ja lähtuge seal sätestatust, sest teatud alustel on täiendavalt veel kohustus pakkuda teist ametikohta, ümberõpet vms või siis põhjendada, miks seda teha ei saa
