Kui me vormistame töölepingu näiteks Läti residendile, kuid töö tegemine toimub mitte Eestis vaid näiteks Venemaal, kuidas toimub maksustamine, kas ikka tulumaks 10%, töötus 2,8% ja tööandja maksud 33% + 1,4% või kuidagi teisiti.

Vabandust, olin oma sõnumisse kirjutanud tööleping, kuid tegelikult on see käsundusleping, mille alusel palkame Läti laulja esinema Venemaal. Maksuameti lehelt ei oska küll välja lugeda, millised maksud tuleks võtta.

Kui tööd Eestis ei tehta siis ei maksusta ka makse Eestis.

Aga deklareerima peame ilmselt ikka. Kui me maksame talle näiteks 1000 eur (netto) siis kas peame deklareerima lepingulise tasu 1000 eurot, tulumaks, töötus ja sotsmaks 0

Kas see ei sõltu sellest, kui kauaks esinema läheb, üheks kontserdiks, mis koos proovidega kestab võib-olla 3 päeva või nädalaks-kaheks.

Kus ja kuidas sa seda deklareerida tahaksid? EESTIS ei tehta ju midagi, venemaa seadusi ma aga ei tunne.
Helista maksuametile nemad tegelevad maksudega.
