Kas tähtajalist töölepingut saab lõpetada poolte kokkuleppel TLS par. 79 järgi?

Jah muidugi saab, sellest räägib ju ka antud § ise.
TLS §79. Töölepingu lõpetamine kokkuleppel
Pooled võivad nii tähtajalise kui tähtajatu töölepingu igal ajal kokkuleppel lõpetada.
