Olen puhkusel. Lahkumis avalduse kirjutasin: "Palun vabastada peale puhkust." Kas tööandja kutsub mind TL allakijutama või mina uurin millan viimane päev?

30 päeva peab töötaja oma lahkumise soovist ette teatama ja ikka lahkuda sooviv pool kirjutab juba avaldusele TL lõppemise kuupäeva.

Aga mida siis kirjutasite TL lõppemise kuupäevaks, midagi? 30p ettetatamisega peaks TL lõpukuupäev antud juhul olema 23.10.11.
Millal puhkus lõppes?

TL lõppemise kuupäeva mina ei kirjutanud. Puhkus lõppes 26.10.2011.
