Tere,minul on sõlmitud tööandjaga tähtajaline leping 16.07.2011-31.12.2011.kas see tähendab et minu töösuhe tööandjaga on lõppenud?Kontrollisin oma ravikindlustust see kehtib kuni 02.02.2012 s.t.2kuud peale töölepingu lõppemist,või pikeneb tööleping automaatselt?

ravikindlustus kehtibki 2 kuud peale töösuhte lõppu. Tähtajaline leping lõpeb ikka tähtajal, kui seda ei ole pikendatud. Automaatselt see niisama ei pikene.
