Kuidas riigipühal ületöö tasu arvutatakse?
Tegin 8h ületööd (riigipühad on vabad päevad)

See on siis 8x1,5(ületöökoefitsent) ja see summa omakorda x2 (riigipüha koefitsient)?

sinu arvutuskäik ei ole õige. Nii ületundide tasu, kui ka riigipühade tasu arvestatakse ikka põhipalgalt.
