Käin tööl ühes ettevõttes kus suvekuudel teen hooajalist tööd kuna töömaht ajutiselt suurenb. Tööandja sõlmib minuga alati tähtajalise töölepingu. Kas see on õige, et ta iga aasta sõlmib minuga tähtajalise töölepingu maist - septembrini?

miks see ei peaks õige olema? Sel ajal ju on töömahu suurenemine.
