Kui töötaja läheb puhkusele 10.12.2013. kas siis puhkusetasu arvestatakse ikka 01.07.2013-09.12.2013 (kuna dets. palk on teada)

Põrgut, sõnastasin ennem asja valesti. See 01.07-09.12.13 oli mõeldud perioodi töötasude summat, millest puhkust hakkan arvutama. Aga tegelikult peab vist puhkuse arvestamisel võtma arvesse eelnevad 6 kuud ehk siis 01.06-30.11.2013

01.06.-30.11.2013 periood siis kui palgapäev on enne 06.12.(arvutamise vajaduse kuupäev).
