Vastus oligi selle 3p või 6p kohta.
Tööandja peab töötajale lapsepuhkuse tasu 3 tööpäeva eest 55,71€ miinus tm 20% maksma eelviimasel tööpäeval enne lapsepuhkuse algust, ja hiljem taotleb riigilt summa tagasi. Nii, et pöördu tööandja poole.

Riik kannab tööandjale raha 10 tp jooksul. Ju nad ei andmiku sots.ametile esitanud, kordan suhtle tööandjaga.

Suhtle uuesti ja soovita neil seadust lugeda. Tööandja kõigepealt maksab töötajale selle raha välja ja siis saab selle riigilt tagasi taotleda.
