Tere. Kas see tunnitasu on seaduslik kui lepingus seisab : tööandja maksab töötajale põhitöötasu 1.95€tunnis ja tulemustasu4% isiklikust nettomüügikäibest kuus.Küsimus,et kas on õige tunnitasu,minumeelest on alamtunnitasu kõrgem?

Kui kuutasuna kokku tuleb töötasu iga töötunni eest vähemalt 2,54€ bruto siis on kõik õige.

Tööandja ei tohi maksta töötasu vähem kui kehtestatud tunnitasu alammäär on.
