Selline küsimus, et kohtutäitur peab jätma võlgnikule 500 eurot miinimumpalga + 1 ülelpeetavale alaealisele lapsele mis summa, kui minu neto palk on 680 eurot.
Palju võib siis kohtutäitur summaliselt arestida?

uue seaduse järgi võib täitur kinni pidada veel 20% miinimumpalgast, seega ei mingit 500 enam.
