kui õpin kõrgkoolis kaugõppes hoopis teist eriala,millel töötan, kas mul on sellisel juhul õigust õppepuhkusele,kui jah, kas siis ikka tasuline(töötan erafirmas)

Jah, Teil on õigus ikkagi õppepuhkusele ja tööandja peab õppepuhkuse eest ettenähtud tasu maksma.
