Kui töötaja on töölähetuses ka nädalavahetusel, kas siis tuleb nende päevade eest maksta 1,5 kordset keskmist palka?

Vastavalt temaga sõlmitud töölepingule. Võta leping ette ja nii ka tee. Kui aga seda kirjas pole , siis on viimane aeg lisana need punktid juurde vormistada.
