olen turvatöötaja. pean olema see aasta 24-25,25-26,26-27 detsembri öödel tööl. tööaeg 21:00-08:00. Küsimus: mis ööde eest tuleb topelt tasu? üks ütles, et ööd 24-25,25-26; teine 25-26,26-27 ja siis veel kolmas ütles et kõikide tundide eest saab. missugune variant õige on?

Kui mingi osa vahetusest langeb riigipüha sisse, peab kogu vahetuse eest saama lisatasu riigipühal töötamise eest. Nii peaksid sa tõesti kõigi vahetuste eest saama topelttasu.
