Töötaja kirjutas lahkumisavaldusele, et soovib lahkuda alates 15 kuupäevast aga 13 kuupäevast läks ise haiglasse ja on nüüd haiguslehel. Millal on õige tööleping lõpetada ning välja maksta lõpparve.

Töötaja soovil töölepingu lõpetamist töötaja haigus ei takista. Teed lihtsalt töölepingu lõpetamise kanded ära ja maksad tähtajaliselt lõpparve välja.

andsin asja töövaidluskomisjoni ja 15.juunil on istung. kus juures raha siiamaani saamata, ometi tööandja sai juba kutse kätte.

Kui pika perioodi eest on mul õigust viivist nõuda-6 kuud, 1 aasta, 3 aastat. Palga maksmisega on viivitatud juba aastaid, ükski kuu pole tähtajaks palka saanud
