Kas 8,5 kuuks sõlmitud tähtajalise töölepingu korral on selle lõppemisel õigus saada ka nende kuude eest puhkusetasu?

Loomulikult. Kasutamata puhkuse hüvitis ei ole sõltuvuses lepingu kestvusest.
