Mis kanded tuleb teha tööraamatusse?
Firma nimi jäi endiseks (nt.AS SEEN on nüüd OÜ SEEN).

Seoses asutuse reorganiseerimisega lugeda uueks tööandjaks OÜ Seen. Ja kindlasti alus, mille alusel kanne tehakse, kas käskkiri, juhatuse otsus jne

Ettevõtte aktsiaselts Seen nimetuse muutmise tõttu on tööandja nimetuseks OÜ Seen alates 02.08.2004
Alus:Metsa Maakohtu kandeotsus 02.08.2004 registriasi nr. 123
