Kui töötaja, kellel on tähtajaline tööleping, jääb rasedaks ning lepingu tähtaeg lõppeb veel enne sünnitust, kas leping lõppeb sellest hoolimata või ei saa ettevõte seda lõpetada?

Leping lõppeb kokkulepitud päeval. Rasedus ei muuda asja.
