miin.palk muutub 01.jaan.2005, detsembri eest peab ikka arvestama dets.kehtinud palgaga

Kui jaanuaris 2005. makstakse välja eelmise aasta detsembrikuu palk, siis rakendatakse tulumaksu kinnipidamisel jaanuaris 2005. a kehtivat maksuvaba tulu (1700 krooni) ja maksumäära (24%).

Kui detsembrikuu eest arvestad palga,siis ikka eelmise aasta miinimumpalga järgi,kuid kui maksad selle jaanuaris,siis tuleb see maksustada ainult uue tulumaksu määra järgi.
