Töötaja on kuupalgaline, kuid olude sunnil pidi tegema ületunde. Kas tuleb maksta kuupalk +ületundide eest +kuni 50% lisatasu ületundide eest?

aga mitte kuni 50% vaid 50% tunnipalga määrast.
