Kui töötaja tegi tööluuži teisel tööpäeval ja tööandja ei soovi temaga töösuhet jätkata, missugusel alusel tuleks töösuhe lõpetada.Tööleping on töötaja poolt allkirjastamata.

iseenesest TLS 86 p 6 alusel, aga kuna TL üldse allkirjastamata, siis läheb vist pisut keerulisemaks .......

Seda minagi,et kui tööraamatut veel ei ole poleks töölepingut kirjalikult vaja sõlmidagi.Asi oleks siis TLS § 28 (suuline tööleping) ja korras!

Ei sõlmiks töölepingut, ei täidaks tööraamatut,palka selle ühe päeva eest ei maksaks ja head aega.
Instrueerida ja selle kohta allkirju võtta võib ka enne töösuhte algust.
Millega töötaja tõestab, et ta üleüldse teil selle ühe päeva tööd tegi?

Ei ole hullu! Makske see päevakene kinni , tööraamat tagasi ja kogu lugu. Töötasu maksmiseks passi või ID kaarti andmed ja kõik.

Aitähh nõuannete eest, arvasime ise ka nii, aga igaks juhuks vormistasime siiski köik paberid ära. Ei ole ju teada, mida arvab Töövaidluskomisjon kui töötajal tuleb pähe sinna minna.
